Darla is a 16 year old 15 hand bay mare. She is beginner safe for the whole family. She has done Junior rodeo’s, barrels, poles, cones and has been trail rode everywhere. Super easy to catch, loads, unloads, great for farrier. My friends eight-year-old can walk right out in a big pasture and catch her without any problems. She stands to be bathed,saddled, and mounted. Very smooth, neck reins great or two hands, has a great stop. She knows the right spots on the barrel pattern for the inexperienced rider, rates good, super easy to ride! No alley issues, walks in and out of the arena. She gets along with everything in the pasture including small ponies and donkeys, she is not mean at all. If your looking for something to learn barrels or just want to Trail ride she would do great! Sound. No vices. Barefoot.
